How long does it take to activate my account?

You will usually receive the login details within one hour.

What virtualization type do you use?

We use Xen hypervision. All of your VPS resources are dedicated and guaranteed.

What are the main features of Xen?

The full isolation of virtual environment, full control on your OS, you can install your own kernel and modules. In general, Xen-based VPS works exactly like a physical server.

What OS do you offer?

We provide the latest versions of the major linux distros: CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu

Is it possible to have cPanel installed?

Yes, you can select cPanel installation during the ordering process. The cost of the license is €15/month.

Is it possible to upgrade or downgrade my VPS?

Yes, the change of VPS configuration is a very easy process and takes just a few minutes.

Will I have a VPS contol panel?

You can use VPS Manager to check the server status, reboot the VPS and re-install the OS template. Also there's Java-based serial console which can be used to access the server if you lost ssh for some reason.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept banking cards, PayPal and wire transfers.

What happens if I do not pay the bill on time?

In case of delay of payment your VPS will be suspended with a notice by e-mail. If payment is not received within 7 days, the server will be removed.

Can I order additional IP addresses for my VPS?

Given the complete exhaustion of the ipv4 space range, we allocate no more than one additional address. Service cost is €3/month.

How you issue and send the invoices?

Our billing system creates the invoice 10 days prior to due date. When ordering, you can choose monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment.

What is your refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable.

In what languages do you provide the technial support?

We provide the support in German, English and Russian.

Can I trust to your company?
